K DESIGN CANADA STANDARD (“K DESIGN”) provides basement development package information, measurement tools, AI design previews and consultation services through its website and app. This policy applies to personal information processed while using these services.

• Name, phone number, email address and inquiry details submitted for consultation.
• Basement dimensions, excluded areas, selected packages and options entered by the customer.
• Basement photos voluntarily uploaded for the AI Preview feature.
• Basic access logs and error information used for service reliability and security.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to recommend basement packages, provide preliminary estimates and consultations, process customer requests, generate AI design previews, improve service quality and maintain security.

4. AI Image Processing and Third-Party Services

When a customer uses AI Preview, the uploaded image and selected design information may be sent to a third-party AI image service for processing. K DESIGN uses this data only as needed to provide the requested service. Third-party providers are also subject to applicable law and their own privacy practices.

5. Retention and Deletion

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide consultation and services, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information or uploaded materials using the contact information below.

6. Choices and Withdrawal of Consent

Customers may choose not to upload photos or provide consultation information. To withdraw consent or request deletion of previously provided information, contact K DESIGN by email or phone.

7. Security

K DESIGN applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. No internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The service is not designed for children and K DESIGN does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
