1. Purpose of the Service

K DESIGN CANADA STANDARD provides standardized basement development packages, design comparisons, preliminary area calculations, AI design previews and on-site consultation connections.

2. Displayed Prices and Timelines

Prices and construction timelines shown on the website and app are preliminary information based on standard packages and customer-entered information. Final contract price, scope and schedule are confirmed only after K DESIGN reviews site measurements, structural and mechanical conditions, permits, materials and selected options.

3. Customer-Entered Measurements

Measurements entered by the customer or captured by a device are used only for package recommendations and preliminary estimates. Because measurement errors may occur, actual construction is based on K DESIGN’s on-site verification.

4. AI Preview

AI Preview images are design concepts intended to help customers visualize a possible result. They are not architectural drawings, construction drawings or a guarantee of the completed result. Layout, materials, colour, proportions and structure may vary based on site conditions.

5. Uploaded Content

Customers may upload only photos and materials they created or are authorized to use. Content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy must not be uploaded.

6. Contracts and Payment

Selecting a package or requesting consultation through the website or app does not create a construction contract. A contract is formed only after on-site review, agreement to separate contract terms and completion of any required signatures or payment steps.

7. Service Changes

K DESIGN may update package contents, prices, timelines, features or services when needed. Terms of an already signed construction contract take priority for that project.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, K DESIGN is not responsible for indirect losses caused by inaccurate customer-entered information, third-party service interruptions, network issues or differences in AI previews. Construction responsibilities and warranties are governed by the separate construction contract.
